Product Description
- The AD620ARZ is a low cost, low power instrumentation amplifier in 8 pin NSOIC package. This high accuracy instrumentation amplifier requires only one external resistor to set gains of 1 to 10000. It is smaller than discrete designs and offers lower power by making it as a good fit for battery powered applications.
- Low noise and low input bias current
- Wide power supply range from ±2.3V to ±18V
- Higher performance than 3 op amp IA designs
- Excellent DC performance
- Small signal -3dB bandwidth of 1MHz at G = 1
- Input offset voltage of 30µV
- Input bias current of 0.5nA
- Input voltage noise is 9nV/√Hz at 1KHz
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality.
