With Alpha & Omega Semiconductor"s diode array AOZ8802ADI ESD protection device you will protect your circuits from electrostatic discharge while ensuring signal integrity. This device"s maximum clamping voltage is 16.5 V. This ESD diode has a maximum ESD protection device voltage of ±15@Air Gap/±15@Contact Disc/±24@HBM kV. This ESD diode has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. It is made in a dual configuration. Its capacitance value is 0.75 pF.
