Product Description

The Kemet C315 series are radial leaded, standard Goldmax multilayer ceramic capacitor with X7R dielectric material. MLCCs are monolithic devices that consist of laminated layers of specially formulated ceramic dielectric materials interspersed with metal electrode system. The layered formation is then fired at high temperature to produce a sintered and volumetrically efficient capacitance device. A conductive termination barrier system is integrated on the exposed ends of the chip to complete the connection.
Capacitance value ranges from 10pF to 10µF
Rated DC voltage of 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V, 250V, 500V and 1KV
K (±10%), M (±20%), P (0, -100%), Z (-20, +80%) tolerance
100% matte tin (Sn) with nickel (Ni) plating on steel core
