Product Description
- The Kemet C322 series are radial leaded, standard Goldmax multilayer ceramic capacitor with Z5U dielectric material. MLCCs are monolithic devices that consist of laminated layers of specially formulated ceramic dielectric materials interspersed with metal electrode system. The layered formation is then fired at high temperature to produce a sintered and volumetrically efficient capacitance device. A conductive termination barrier system is integrated on the exposed ends of the chip to complete the connection.
- Capacitance value ranges from 1000pF to 6.8µF
- Rated DC voltage of 50V, 100V and 200V
- M (±20%), P (0, -100%), Z (-20, +80%) tolerance
- 100% matte tin (Sn) with nickel (Ni) plating on steel core
- Dimension is 5.08mm x 6.60mm (L x H)
- 5.08mm pitch spacing
- Epoxy encapsulated
