Product Description
- The CD4512BE is a 8-channel CMOS Data Selector features a three-state output that can interface directly with and drive, data lines of bus-oriented systems. It is suitable for digital multiplexing, number-sequence generation and signal gating.
- 3-state output
- Standardized, symmetrical output characteristics
- 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
- Maximum input current of 1µA at 18V
- ±10mA DC input current
