Product Description

Use this triac L4004V3TP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse as a bistable switch in your circuit. This device has a surge current rating of 40 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 110 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V.
