Product Description
- The LME49990MA is an Overture E series ultralow distortion, ultra low noise operational amplifier in 8 pin SOIC package. This device is optimized and fully specified for high performance and high fidelity applications. The LME49990 combines low voltage noise density (0.9nV/√Hz) with vanishing low THD+N (0.00001%). It drives 600 ohm loads to within 2V of either power supply voltage. The LME49990 is unity gain stable.
- 1/f corner frequency of 43Hz
- Output current capability of ±27mA
- Slew rate of ±22V/µs
- Gain bandwidth of 110MHz
- Power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 144dB
- Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 137dB
- Power supply voltage range from ±5V to ±18 V
- Input offset voltage of 130µV
- Output short circuit protection
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- This device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to MOS gates.
