Product Description

This triac LX807DE thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse acts as a bistable switch and will continue to operate when a voltage is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 8 A. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 110 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V.
