Product Description

The MMBZ5V6ALT1G is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with a void-free transfer-molded thermosetting plastic case and easily solderable corrosion-resistant finish. This dual monolithic silicon Zener diode is designed for applications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. It is intended for use in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment such as printers, business machines and communication systems. This device is ideal for situations where board space is at a premium.
