Product Description

The PESD5V0L1BA from NXP is a low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diode in 2pin SOD-323 package. This device is designed to protect one signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transients. The PESD5V0L1BA may be used on lines where the signal polarity is above and below ground.
Maximum peak pulse power (Ppp) of 500W at tp=8/20µs
Low clamping voltage (VCL) of 26V
Reverse leakage current (Irm) of 0.01µA
ESD protection of greater than 23KV according to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 (ESD)
