Product Description

It"s easy to turn on this triac QK040K7TP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse by inducing a small current. This device has a surge current rating of 400 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 1000 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 1000 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C.
