Product Description
- The REF3312AIDBZT is a 30ppm/C drift 3.9µA Voltage Reference with small size and low power consumption make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The REF33xx can be operated at a supply voltage 180mV above the specified output voltage under normal load conditions.
- 3.9µA Low supply current
- 110mV Extremely low dropout voltage
- ±5mA High output current
- 30ppm/°C Maximum low temperature drift
- 35µVPP 0.1 to 10Hz Noise
- Green product and no Sb/Br
- This IC can be damaged by ESD. We recommend that all ICs be handled with appropriate precautions. Failure to observe proper handling and installation procedures can cause damage.
