Product Description

Using a current trigger will turn this scr S8008DRP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse on and applying a forward-biased voltage to it will keep it on. This device has a surge current rating of 100 A. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 800(Min) V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 800(Min) V. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
