Product Description

Protect your equipment from transient overvoltage events with Littelfuse"s SG230 gas discharge tube. This item should be stored between -40 °C and 90 °C. This GDT has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 90 °C. It has 2 terminals. The SG230 GDT has a solder pad termination style. Mount your GDT on a printed circuit board using surface mount technology to produce the most effective results. This product is 4.5 mm long, 2.7 mm tall and 3.2 mm deep.
