Product Description

Ideal for outdoor systems this SG300 gas discharge tube from Littelfuse will dissipate voltage transient to safely get rid of voltage spikes. This item should be stored between -40 °C and 90 °C. This GDT has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 90 °C. It has 2 terminals. The SG300 GDT has a solder pad termination style. Mount your GDT on a printed circuit board using surface mount technology to produce the most effective results. This product is 4.5 mm long, 2.7 mm tall and 3.2 mm deep.
