Product Description

Dissipate voltage transients through a contained plasma gas with this SG420 gas discharge tube from Littelfuse. Its DC sparkover voltage is 420 V, and its impulse discharge current (8x20 us, 10 Hits) is 2 A. This item should be stored between -40 °C and 90 °C. This GDT has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 90 °C. It has 2 terminals/electrodes. The SG420 GDT has a solder pad termination style. Mount your GDT on a printed circuit board using surface mount technology to produce the most effective results. This product is 4.5 mm long, 3.2 mm tall and 2.7 mm deep.
