Product Description
- The SM351LT is a Nanopower series magnetoresistive (MR) sensor IC in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This ultra sensitive device is designed to accommodate wide range of applications with large air gaps, small magnetic fields and low power requirements. The sensor IC responds to either north or south pole applied in a direction parallel to sensor. The SM351LT does not require magnet polarity to be identified by simplifying installation and potentially reducing system cost. This sensor uses very low average current consumption and push pull output which does not require a pull up resistor. It can operate from low supply voltage of 1.65V and is energy efficient.
- High sensitivity of 7G (typical) and 11G (maximum)
- Average current of 360nA
- Supply voltage range from 1.65VDC to 5.5VDC
- Omni-polar sensing, activates with either pole from magnet
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F)
- Push pull output, does not require external pull up resistor
- Non chopper stabilized design
- Electrostatic sensitive device (ESD), do not open or handle except at static work station.
- Do not use this product as safety or emergency stop device or in any other application where failure of product could result in personal injury.
