The SN74ACT08D is a quadruple 2-input Positive-AND Gate. This device perform the Boolean functions Y = A • B or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic. The device operates at a voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V with inputs accept voltages to 5.5V and inputs are TTL-voltage compatible.
