The SN74AHCT08D is a quadruple 2-input Positive-AND Gate. This devices perform the Boolean Y = A • B or Y = (A\ + B\\)\ function in positive logic. The device operates at a voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V and Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible.
