Product Description

The SR310 is a Schottky Rectifier Diode with lead-free pure tin-plated lead, moulded plastic case and colour band denotes cathode end polarity. Guard-ring for transient protection. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-202, method 208 standard. For use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
