Dealing with high voltages and currents? Protect your circuit with the high side ST890DTR power switch, developed by STMicroelectronics. This charge controller has single output. This charge controller has an input voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 V. It features 0.09 Ohm switch on resistance. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. This charge controller has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C.
