The STPS15L25D is a low drop Power Schottky Rectifier features very low forward voltage drop for less power dissipation and reduced heatsink and optimized conduction/reverse losses trade-off which means the highest efficiency in the applications. This single Schottky rectifier is suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters.
