The STPS160A is a miniature Power Schottky Rectifier suited to switched mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. This single chip rectifier is packaged in SMA especially intended for surface mounting and used in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications.
