The STPS40L45CT is a dual centre-tap low-drop power Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for high frequency SWITCHMODE™ power supplies and DC to DC converters. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
