- The higher stability of this T498D106K050ATE1K0 solid tantalum capacitor from Kemet compared to its aluminum counterpart allows it to keep its properties through a variety of operating conditions. It can withstand a voltage of 50 VDC. This solid capacitor has a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C. Its leakage current is 5 μA. It has a tolerance of 10%. This product is 7.3 mm long, 2.8 mm tall and 4.3 mm deep. Its capacitance value is 10uF.
