Product Description
- The TL972ID is an output rail-to-rail very low-noise Operational Amplifier operates at voltages as low as ±1.35V and features output rail-to-rail signal swing. The TL97x boast characteristics that make them particularly well suited for portable and battery-supplied equipment. Very low noise and low distortion characteristics make them ideal for audio preamplification.

- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78
- ESD performance tested per JESD 22
- Green product and no Sb/Br
- This device has limited built-in ESD protection, leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
