Product Description

This TPA180 SCR thyristor from STMicroelectronics can be used to safeguard against voltage spikes while offering a much faster operation. This device has a surge current rating of 16. This SCR thrysitor has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 180 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 180 V.
