Product Description

Through the use of capacitors as an energy storage element, the TPS60231RGTR charge pump voltage doubler from Texas Instruments can provide different levels of voltage to different components within your circuit. Its output produces a current of 75(Min) mA. With an output that has a voltage of 5.5 V, this is power management at its best. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7 V and a maximum of 6.5 V.
