- The 1PS70SB10 is a single planar Schottky Barrier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a very small SOT323 surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination and reverse polarity protection.
