Product Description

The Epcos B722 EnergetiQ series are square shaped radial leaded, SIOV metal oxide varistors. These varistor are designed to provide maximum load capacity in a minimum component height. B722 series varistors are used as control or compensation elements in circuits either to provide optimal operating conditions or to protect against excessive transient voltages.
Very high surge current ratings up to 15KA
Peak energy range from 75J to 380J
UL, CSA, VDE, IEC approved
Operating temperature range -40°C to 85°C
Endurance of 1000h at 85°C
±10% and ±5% varistor voltage tolerance
UL94V-0 flame retardant and epoxy resin coated
Leaded varistors in 14mm and 20mm plate sizes
