Product Description

Control the voltage level of your circuit with this LDO TPS71730DCKR linear regulator from Texas Instruments. It has an overall accuracy of ±3 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.17@150mA V. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 320 mW. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.15 A. This will operate at a minimum voltage of 2.5 V and a maximum voltage of 6.5 V, making it easy to control the power in your circuit. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 3 V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 120uV/mA(Typ) and line regulation of 125uV/V(Typ) your circuit is capable of maintaining a constant voltage level at your output. Its maximum power dissipation is 320 mW. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging so that components can be mounted effectively. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.3@150mA V. Its polarity is positive.
