This voltage detector NCP361MUTBG voltage monitor IC from ON Semiconductor makes protecting components in your circuit easy. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 1.2 V and a maximum of 20 V. This voltage supervisor IC has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. It has a typical reset threshold voltage of 5.675 V, with a minimum of 5.43 V and a maximum of 5.9 V.
