Product Description

It"s easy to turn on this scr S8065KTP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse by inducing a small current. This device has a surge current rating of 950 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 800 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 800 V.
