Product Description
- The SN65HVD256DR is a CAN Transceiver with fast loop times for highly loaded networks. Designed for data rates in excess of 1Mbps for CAN in short networks and enhanced timing margin and higher data rates in long and highly-loaded networks. The device provides many protection features to enhance device and CAN-network robustness. Meets the requirements of ISO11898-2.
- Short and symmetrical propagation delay
- Times and fast loop times for enhanced timing margin
- Higher data rates in CAN networks
- Ideal passive behaviour when unpowered
- Bus and logic pins are high impedance
- Power up and power down with glitch-free operation on bus
- Under-voltage protection on supply pins
- Green product and no Sb/Br
- This device has limited built-in ESD protection, leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
