The STPS3045CT is a 3-pin 45V Power Schottky Rectifier with dual common cathode configuration. This device is a dual center tap Schottky rectifier suited for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is especially intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications.
