The STPS2045CT is a Power Schottky Rectifier features very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses and extremely fast switching. This dual centre tap Schottky rectifier is suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is especially intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
