Product Description

The XCF02SVOG20C is a platform flash in-system Programmable Configuration PROM. It is available in 1 to 32MB densities, this provide an easy-to-use, cost-effective and reprogrammable method for storing large Xilinx FPGA configuration bit-streams. When driven from a stable, external clock, the PROM can output data at rates up to 33MHz.

Endurance of 20000 program/erase cycles
JTAG command initiation of standard FPGA configuration
Cascadable for storing longer or multiple bit streams
Dedicated boundary-scan (JTAG) I/O power supply (VCCJ)
Serial FPGA configuration interface
iMPACT software always issues a XSC_UNLOCK when performing an Erase operation on an XCFxxP PROM and thus, always unlocks the write protection.
