Product Description

It"s easy to protect your high current circuit by using this high side VN751S power switch by STMicroelectronics. This charge controller has single output. It features 0.06 Ohm switch on resistance. This device has a supply current of 1.5 mA and a minimum output current of 2.5 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This charge controller has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
