Product Description

The XCF01SVOG20C is a platform flash in-system programmable Configuration PROM with JTAG, parallel and serial IC interface. This PROM is suitable for configuration of Xilinx® FPGAs. It provides an easy-to-use and reprogrammable method for storing large Xilinx FPGA configuration-bit-streams.
Low-power advanced CMOS NOR flash process
