- The GBPC5010 is a single-phase glass passivated Bridge Rectifier with plastic body and universal 4-way terminals. The bridge rectifier feature integrally moulded heatsink provide very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation, surge overload rating to 400A and isolated voltage from case to terminal over 2500V.
- <0.2µA Typical reverse current
- 700V Maximum RMS voltage
- 1000V Maximum DC blocking voltage
- 10mW Maximum reverse DC current at rated DC blocking voltage per element
- 1.5°C/W Typical thermal resistance
