Product Description
- The REF3012AIDBZT is a 1.25V 50ppm/°C 50µA (band gap) Voltage Reference with small size and low power consumption make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The REF30xx does not require a load capacitor, but is stable with any capacitive load. Unloaded, the REF30xx can be operated with supplies within 1mV of output voltage.

- Green product and no Sb/Br
- This IC can be damaged by ESD. We recommend that all ICs be handled with appropriate precautions. Failure to observe proper handling and installation procedures can cause damage.
