The ADP160AUJZ-3.3-R7 is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator operates from 2.2 to 5.5V and provide up to 150mA of output current. The low 195mV dropout voltage at 150mA load improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range. The device is specifically designed for stable operation with a tiny 1µF ±30% ceramic input and output capacitors to meet the requirements of high performance, space-constrained applications. The device also include a switched resistor to discharge the output automatically when the LDO is disabled.
