Product Description

The MCA231 is a 1-channel 6-pin High Gain Optocoupler with photodarlington output and base connection. The industry standard optocoupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon photodarlington. It is constructed with a high voltage insulation packaging process which offers 7.5kV withstand test capability.
